The Borno Disaster Management System consists of two complementary elements:

The Flood and Conflict Planning and Response Matrix is an operational platform for humanitarian actors to share core, LGA-level response and planning information in real time (focus: number of people covered with essential assistance vs. needs)
The Flood Response Coordination Dashboard brings together the more detailed findings from site-level needs assessments with detailed site-specific responses (focus: more narrative descriptions of needs vs. response)

Together, the two systems provide both a high-level overview for strategic response prioritization as well as the required site-specific details required for operational response implementation.
